    we had applied smart pay cards for  25 of our labors . we had received only 06 cards. still we had not yet received others  smart pay cards.we had trying to contact to your customer service center. but we never get connection . so please kindly need to necessary action for the above and please give us guidance how to get the other cards and what should we need to contact and when  & where need to approach for the above

    Salaam,i have one doupt here ,One of my friend transfer 75,000INR for using credit card to send money to me on 03.04.2013 evenin but still i have not get the money..He lived on Beharain..Im from india and i have account on Indian overseas bank …My question is ”Is possible to transfer money via credit card & why still i havent debite my money ????”

    I sent money to South Korea last Friday(Mar/08) in UAE exchange at Marina Mall in Abu Dhabi, but the money didn’t come to the Korean account until now(Mar/15). Korea has 2 days off for the weekend from tomorrow, I’m suffering from many problem of withdrawing for the scheduled payment to other accounts. Furthermore I’m now on business trip to Qatar.
    How do you solve the problem?

    I made a transaction with M2A on Thursday, and until now I did not get any message from them. Today when I checked they cancelled my transaction saying the reason is not valid and should be ‘Family Maintenance’ if its for the individual account. When I ask Customer support they say I should place another transaction and I won;t get the previous exchange rate. Also, M2A mentions that they transfer funds within 2 business days but the Customer Support mentions it will take 3-4 business days. Could you please give me right information….I’m in urgent need of funds. 3-4 business days is normal with any bank, I chose M2A b’coz it transfers in 1-2 business days.

    Dear sir ,
    i have transferred money to Kerala(Cochin) to my family on 16/02/2013 from uae  exchange Al Rayyan branch, I received receipt copy,  today date is 19/02/13, still didn’t receive money in my account. so,  pls tell me correct information about receiving money. I contacted your Al Rayyan branch, simply they are telling some excuses…………..

    • Your transaction has been successfully completed. The delay happened because the banks were having holidays on the below given dates

      16th Feb 2013 – Saturday (Half Working Day)
      17th Feb 2013 – Sunday (Weekend Holiday)
      18th Feb 2013 – Monday US holiday (Washington’s Birthday)
      19th Feb 2013 – Tuesday (Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti Holiday)

      Also please be informed that, all central trade unions in India have declared a general strike in India on 20th February and 21st February. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Thanks
