    I have made the payment for my credit card, on 26th January 2014 in your Al Quoz-UAE Branch with XPB No. 1006 50A3 63DC CF2B. Bank has called me and until now they have not received the payment. I called your customer service and they could not locate the XBPNo. neither at the branch where i made the payment. I was given the accounts department email address and I have also sent several emails and follow-ups but no one has responded until now. I dont know where my money has gone.

      With regards to your enquiry, would like to inform that it is possible to send money from India to UAE for specific purposes approved by the Reserve Bank of India. Like
      1.      Education Purpose.
      2.      Medical Treatment.
      3.      Employment.
      4.      Immigration Visa.
      5.      Registration /Subscription /Membership fees to International Organizations.
      Please note that the money can be transferred from India to a bank account in UAE only.
      Request you to kindly inform your remitter to approach any of our nearby branches in India for further assistance.

    sir,Iam sending money to india through xpressmoney last 7years. iam working in maldives. but verry sorry to say that ur, providing so many business offers and gifts to the customers in gulf region . but in maldives ur not givin g any offer to the customers.we are alo ur customers. so kindly make some facilities to maldives customers also……

    I have transferred money from UAE exchange on 1st sep,2013 to bank account in India but not yet credited in the bank account and no message notification. I always do my transcation from Dubai Internet city UAE exchange and always get message notification as well once my money is credited but this time its not credited to the bank account.
    I need the urgent reply.

      Dear Sir, I went to your Musaffah Sector 10 Branch (next to NMC Hospital and near the Sunrise School R/A) at 10:02 and one of branch employe (Name : Palki) was locking the door to stop entry of customers after 10:00 pm
      I pleaded to him that just two minutes delay will not make big different and requested for a good gesture to allow me in. He kept arguing with me and then he took me to a guy Gurminder and I was informed by both of them that 10:00 pm is sharp. I am working for a bank in a senior position and know that there is a few minutes of tolerance time after official close time, just to make sure that customers are helped out genuinely. Due to Eid Holidays and the ensuing weekend in India, i needed to send a good amount of money for a property transaction in India. I am not complaining but honestly feel that I am mistreated. Even UAE Immigration and other government departments show flexibility to last minute arrivals these days and pvt sector is going backwards. It is very annoying behaviour and I will be happy to try a new avenue to sent money tomorrow

      A normal Bank Telex transfer will take two working days to get credited to the beneficiary account. We also have Flash remit facility with several banks in Philippines, where by they funds get credited to beneficiary account with in 10 to 20 minutes (This facility is available on weekends as well as public holidays).

    With reference to the subject I would like to request if UAE exchange can provide me with the details of my transactions I made during my stay in UAE from September 2006 to march 2012.

    This request is just because I was employed in UAE for the above mentioned time period and I used to send money to my parents through you UAE exchange only and never used any other sources.
    Now I have settled in India and for some business purposes I want that detail transactions proofs to be shown to income tax officials.

    If you want I can provide any document proof for that and kindly do the needful and guide me on this,

    I will highly appreciate if you can help me on this since I was a regular customer of yours and I am not asking anything illegal or out of the way and my details are below.
